SPONSOR’S BENEFITS
1/ DIAMOND SPONSOR will be granted
- 01 exhibition area in a nominated spot to introduce, exhibit, provide products, and implement promotional activities within the scope of the conference.
- An exhibition location on the congress website: https://vsir.vn in the "Sponsors" section. Company submit a promotional video of 3-5 minutes. Video content must be sent to the Organizing Committee 30 days before the congress day.
- Logo of the sponsor will appear on the following platforms of the Congress:
- Logo of Diamond Sponsor will be in the center area with the biggest size to compare with those of other sponsors;
- 01 presenter presents 01 topic in 20 minutes (Time will be discussed with the Organizing Board). The presentation must be scientific related to the topics of the Congress. The presenter will be chosen by the Sponsor. The presentation, scientific background and passport copy (if foreign) of the reporter must be registered and sent to the Organizing Committee at least 45 days before the conference and must be approved by the Organizing Committee. The presentation may be arranged by the Organizing Board to be included in the plenary session or the appropriate session
- Trailer (Video) introducing the company / product appears 20 seconds at the plenary session (2 times) and before the conference sessions (2 times/session). The timing of the company introduction trailer will be arranged by the Organizing Board;
- Receive merit, certificate and recognition for sponsor
- Deadline for sponsor confirmation is before March 5th, 2024 and sponsorship transfer is 15 days before the official congess . The organizing board needs to receive confirmation letter from your company. After that deadline, the organizing board will not guarantee to receive the sponsorship.
2/ GOLD SPONSOR will be granted
- 01 exhibition area in a nominated spot for Gold sponsor to introduce, exhibit, provide products, and implement promotional activities within the scope of the conference.
- An exhibition location on the congress website: https://vsir.vn in the "Sponsors" section. Company submit a promotional video of 3-5 minutes. Video content must be sent to the Organizing Committee 30 days before the congress day.
- Logo of the sponsor will appear on the following platforms of the Congress:
- Logo of Gold Sponsor will be bigger in size in comparison with these of other sponsors but smaller than that of Diamond Sponsor;
- 01 presenter presents 01 topic in 20 minutes (Time will be discussed with the Organizing Board). The presentation must be scientific related to the topics of the Congress. The presenter will be chosen by the Sponsor. The content of the session should be sent to the Organizing Board at least 45 days ahead and approved by the Organizing Board (Including Topics, contents of the session, Chairman and presenters if they are foreigner, their scientific background and photo of passport face page).
- Trailer (Video) introducing the company / product appears 20 seconds at the plenary session (1 times) and before the conference sessions (morning and afternoon session). The timing of the company introduction trailer will be arranged by the Organizing Board;
- Receive merit, certificate and recognition for sponsor.
- Deadline for sponsor confirmation is before March 5th, 2024 and sponsorship transfer is 15 days before the official congess . The organizing board needs to receive confirmation letter from your company. After that deadline, the organizing board will not guarantee to receive the sponsorship.
3/ SILVER SPONSOR will be granted
- 01 exhibition area in a nominated spot for Silver sponsor to introduce, exhibit, provide products, and implement promotional activities within the scope of the conference.
- An exhibition location on the congress website: https://vsir.vn in the "Sponsors" section. Company submit a promotional video of 3-5 minutes. Video content must be sent to the Organizing Committee 30 days before the congress day.
- Logo of the sponsor will appear on the following platforms of the Congress:
- Logo of silver sponsor will be bigger in size compared with other sponsors on the same layout but smaller than those of Diamond and Gold Sponsors;
- Trailer (Video) introducing the company / product appears 20 seconds before the conference session. The timing of the company introduction trailer will be arranged by the Organizing Board.
- Receive merit, certificate and recognition for sponsor.
- Deadline for sponsor confirmation is before March 5th, 2024 and sponsorship transfer is 15 days before the official congess . The organizing board needs to receive confirmation letter from your company. After that deadline, the organizing board will not guarantee to receive the sponsorship.
4/ BRONZE SPONSOR will be granted
- 01 exhibition area for Bronze sponsor to introduce, exhibit, provide products, and implement promotional activities within the scope of the conference.
- An exhibition location on the congress website: https://vsir.vn in the "Sponsors" section. Company submit a promotional video of 3-5 minutes. Video content must be sent to the Organizing Committee 30 days before the congress day.
- Logo of the sponsor will appear on the following platforms of the Congress:
- Logo of Bronze sponsor will be the smallest in size to compare with those of other sponsors.
- Trailer (Video) introducing the company / product appears 20 seconds before the conference session. The timing of the company introduction trailer will be arranged by the Organizing Board.
- Receive merit, certificate and recognition for sponsor.
- Deadline for sponsor confirmation is before March 5th, 2024 and sponsorship transfer is 15 days before the official congess . The organizing board needs to receive confirmation letter from your company. After that deadline, the organizing board will not guarantee to receive the sponsorship.

(After the deadline, we will not guarantee the implementation of sponsor benefits).
